1. Ghost Rider


Ghost Rider is a 2007 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. The demon sends his bounty hunter of the damned, the Ghost Rider, to retrieve the contract of San Venganza for control of a thousand corrupt souls. Seeing that the contract would give the demon the power to bring hell on Earth, the Rider refuses. The demon offers to cure Johnny Blaze’s father from cancer in exchange for Johnny's soul. The demon makes Johnny the new Ghost Rider and offers to return his soul if he defeats Blackheart. Then Johnny transforms into the Ghost Rider.


2. City of Angels

City of Angels is a 1998 American romantic fantasy film. Set in Los Angeles, California, the film is a loose remake of Wim Wenders' 1987 film Wings of Desire, which was set in Berlin. As with the original, City of Angels tells the story of an angel who falls in love with a mortal woman, and wishes to become human in order to be with her. With the guidance of a man who has already made the transition from immortality, the angel falls and discovers the human experience.


3. The Rock

The Rock is a 1996 American action thriller film. In the film, an FBI chemist and a former SAS captain are tasked with stopping a group of rogue US Force Recon Marines who have seized Alcatraz Island, taken hostages, and threatened to launch rockets filled with nerve gas over San Francisco unless they are paid $100 million. The film plot may have inspired descriptions of weapons for the false account of the Iraqi chemical weapons program presented to the UK Secret Intelligence Service. This account was described as the justification for UK joining the Iraq War in 2003.


4. Face/Off

Face/Off is a 1997 American action film. Face/Off earned critical acclaim for its acting performances (especially Cage and Travolta), stylized action sequences, John Powell's musical score, emotional depth, originality, humor, direction and stunts. A commercial success, the film serves as the 11th highest-grossing film of 1997. The film was nominated for an Academy Award in the category of Sound Effects Editing at the 70th Academy Awards. In this film, in order to foil a terrorist plot, an FBI agent undergoes a facial transplant surgery and assumes the identity and physical appearance of a terrorist, but the plan turns from bad to worse when the same terrorist impersonates the FBI agent.


5. Con Air

Con Air is a 1997 American action crime film. The film received mixed reviews, but praised Cage and the cast performances as well as its action sequences, stunts and Malkovich's portrayal of the villain. The film borrows its title from the nickname of the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System. This movie is about newly paroled ex-con and former U.S. Ranger Cameron Poe finds himself trapped in a prisoner transport plane when the passengers seize control.
