No. 1 The Lion King
The Lion King is a 1994 American animated
musical film produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation and released by Walt
Disney Pictures. The Lion King tells the story of Simba, a young lion who is to
succeed his father, Mufasa, as King of the Pride Lands; however, after Simba's
paternal uncle Scar murders Mufasa, Simba is manipulated into thinking he was
responsible and flees into exile. Upon maturation living with two wastrels,
Simba is given some valuable perspective from his childhood friend, Nala, and
his shaman, Rafiki, before returning to challenge Scar to end his tyranny and
take his place in the Circle of Life as the rightful King. The Lion King was
released on June 15, 1994, to a positive reaction from critics, who praised the
film for its music, story, and animation. However, the film also drew several
controversies, particularly for its similarities to Osamu Tezuka's 1960s anime
series Kimba the White Lion.

The creature, who is genetically engineered by his scientist creator to cause chaos and destruction, initially uses her family to avoid being captured by an intergalactic federation, but the two individuals develop a close bond through the Hawaiian concept of ʻohana, or extended family. This bond causes him to reconsider, and later defy, his intended destructive purpose in order to keep his family together.

Monsters, Inc. is a 2001 American computer-animated comedy film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures. The film centers on two monsters – James P. "Sulley" Sullivan and his one-eyed partner and best friend Mike Wazowski – employed at the titular energy-producing factory Monsters, Inc, which generates power by scaring human children. The monster world believes that children are toxic, and when a small child enters the factory, Sulley and Mike must return her home before it is too late. Monsters, Inc. was praised by critics and proved to be a major box office success from its release on November 2, 2001.

Up is a 2009 American 3D computer-animated comedy-drama buddy adventure film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. The film centers on an elderly widower named Carl Fredricksen and an earnest boy named Russell. By tying thousands of balloons to his house, Carl sets out to fulfill his dream to see the wilds of South America and complete a promise made to his late wife, Ellie. The film was directed by Pete Docter and co-directed by Bob Peterson, who also wrote the film's screenplay, as well as the story with Tom McCarthy, with music composed by Michael Giacchino. Up was Pixar's first film to be presented in Disney Digital 3-D.

WALL-Eis a 2008 American computer-animated science fiction film. WALL-E has minimal dialogue in its early sequences; many of the characters do not have voices, but instead communicate with body language and robotic sounds designed by Burtt.
