[2021] Review of Sweet Tooth - First Look

Sweet Tooth received a lot of praise around the world as soon as it aired on the Netflix platform in June this year. Currently, the first season of Sweet Tooth has ended, and the excitement of the audience has gradually calmed down. If you haven't watched Sweet Tooth, then this article will introduce you the main story of Sweet Tooth and how to watch Sweet Tooth for free. If you have watched the first season of Sweet Tooth and are looking forward to Sweet Tooth season 2, then this article will also specifically explain what stories will be in Sweet Tooth season 2 that are worth looking forward to.

Part 1: Sweet Tooth: Plot
Part 2: Sweet Tooth: Details
Part 3: Will there be Sweet Tooth Season 2?
Part 4: What We Expect in Sweet Tooth Season 2?
Part 5: Where can You Watch Sweet Tooth?
Part 6: How to Watch Sweet Tooth Online for Free

Part 1: Sweet Tooth: Plot

Sweet Tooth is a sci-fi TV series based on Jeff Lemill’s DC Comics and co-produced by Robert Downey Jr. and others. The story mainly tells: ten years ago, the earth was severely damaged, and mysterious hybrids appeared. These hybrids are half-human and half-animal. Unsure whether the hybrids are the cause or the result of the virus, many people fear and hunt them. After a boy with antlers named Gus settled in the isolated forest for ten years, by chance he made friends with a wandering human named Jeppard. Together they embarked on an extraordinary adventure across the United States, looking for Gus's birth, Jeppard's past, and the true meaning of home together. But their stories are full of unexpected allies and enemies. Gus quickly learned that the forest is quiet and peaceful while the outside world is much more complicated than he thought.

Currently, the first season of Sweet Tooth (a total of 8 episodes) has been broadcast on Netflix.

Part 2: Sweet Tooth: Details

In addition to the wonderful plot and fantasy special effects, Sweet Tooth also has many details worthy of the audience's attention. If you find these details, you will find them very interesting. Moreover, some details may also be the foreshadowing of the later plot, which will have a huge boost to the follow-up story. The following are some of the details I found after I watch Sweet Tooth, and they are all very interesting.

1. Why is this TV show called Sweet Tooth?

The origin of the name is that Gus likes to eat sweets very much and sweets is also his nickname. In addition, in the first episode, Gus was lured into a trap to eat milk chocolate bars; in the second episode, Gus stole Jepper's medicine because he thought those medicines were sugar.

2. Is the stag behind Gus real or symbolic?

I think this is not a real deer, it should be a real illusion. In other words, it is the power of "God". According to the description in the comics, Gus used the gene of the deer god to replicate. Therefore, the deer god is the biological father of Gus.

3. Why can a girl with a pig nose talk?

In this story, most half-orcs can't speak. In the beginning, the characters in the play were shocked by Gus's ability to speak. In addition, the reason why humans do not recognize half-orcs like Gus as humans is largely because they do not use language. Therefore, humans treat them as animals and want to slaughter them. However, in the last episode of the first season of Sweet Tooth, the mixed person who ran away with the pig nose girl can read and sign language, basically no different from humans. So, I guess that girls with a pig nose can talk because someone teaches them languages. Therefore, these hybrids are no different from humans in terms of intelligence or other aspects.

Part 3: Will there be Sweet Tooth Season 2?

Although the first season of Sweet Tooth has ended, Sweet Tooth has the most viewed episodes in many countries of Netflix for several days. Therefore, many foreign netizens very much hope that Sweet Tooth will have the second season, and are looking forward to the development of the subsequent plot. Therefore, the possibility of Sweet Tooth's second season is still quite large. Currently, Netflix has no plans to produce the second season of Sweet Tooth, which has also been confirmed in Christian Convery, the actor who plays the little protagonist Gus. When Christian Convery replied to fans about whether he was recording the second season on June 6, he said that he hadn’t, and hoped that the episode could be re-subscribed. Of course, viewers who like Sweet Tooth should not be disappointed. We always believe that the second season of Sweet Tooth will meet the audience soon.

Part 4: What We Expect in Sweet Tooth Season 2?

If Netflix decides to make the second season of Sweet Tooth, what plots are we looking forward to in the second season? The following are some of my guesses about the plot of the second season of Sweet Tooth.

Point 1. Jeppard comes back from the dead and prepares to rescue the children with the hostess of the zoo.

As the protagonist, Jeppard and the hostess of the zoo must be successful in rescuing the children, and the two of them are likely to be emotionally warmed during the rescue operation.

Point 2. The plot of Gus and the pig nose girl and other mixed races.

In the first season, Gus and the pig nose girl met. Some interesting stories are bound to happen between them and other mixed races. In addition, Gus and the pig nose girl will become very tacit understanding after experiencing some things together.

Point 3. Gus' mom who is far away in Antarctica is still alive and received a call from the bear girl.

Gus' mom who had participated in the virus transformation project had been arrested and sent to Antarctica. At present, she should be controlled by the military. Therefore, she should not be able to contact her son smoothly. However, in the end she will definitely know that her son is still alive.

Point 4. The plot of the general and the Indian doctor

The story of the general and the Indian doctor may well explain the origin of the mixed race and reveal a bigger secret. Of course, this general may not be the last villain. Moreover, he may become a friend of the protagonists. Therefore, a new villain is likely to appear at the end of the second season.

Part 5: Where can You Watch Sweet Tooth?

On June 4, 2021, Sweet Tooth was officially aired to global audiences on Netflix. Therefore, hundreds of countries and regions around the world can watch Sweet Tooth on Netflix at the same time. In other words, no matter what device you use, such as a TV or a computer, as long as you log in to Netflix and subscribe to the Netflix membership service, you can watch Sweet Tooth immediately.

Part 6: How to Watch Sweet Tooth Online for Free

Because Sweet Tooth is only played on the Netflix platform, if you want to watch Sweet Tooth, you have to log in to Netflix every time. So, is there any other way to watch Sweet Tooth for free at anytime and anywhere? The answer is yes. All you need is a professional video download tool. Review of Loki TV Series - First Look

The wait is over! Following WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, the third entry of the MCU - Loki(2021) is just out! As the opening to phase 4 of Marvel’s endeavor, the much anticipated Marvel TV series is now streaming on Disney Plus. Everyone’s favorite God of mischief is going back to impress you with the time travel adventure. Here’s everything you need to know about when Loki takes place in connection with the other franchises, and how it might expand the MCU territory.

Part 1: Loki TV Series: Plot
Part 2: Loki TV Series: Timeline
Part 3: Loki TV Series: Details
Part 4: Loki TV Series: Release Date
Part 5: Where Can You Watch Loki TV Series?

Part 1: Loki TV Series: Plot

Loki(2021) just premiered on Disney+, following the WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Want to catch up with the other two entries of the new Marvel Cinematic Universe? Just head to Disney+ and download them with Leawo Video Downloader. Supporting 1000+ video websites, Leawo Video Downloader can help you download as many Marvel movies as you like. With Leawo Video Downloader, you can get the latest Marvel Movies to come out in 2021 from iTunes.

Loki(2021) picked up where the 2019 Avengers: Endgame left off and resumed the role of the God of Mischief. The Loki here clearly is unreformed, he is not the one who evolves and changes the side, but the one that has just been humiliated by Avengers. Loki escaped successfully from the branching timeline but seems to be captured by an organization called TVA, also known as Time Variance Authority in Marvel Comics. TVA is responsible for monitoring the timelines in the comics, which is understandable, given that there is also time traveling in Avengers: Endgame.

It’s still not clear what Loki is up to through the series. But it seems the Loki variant has just been detained by the Time Variance Authority within the minutes of the show, for disruptions to the timeline, and the killings across the timeline. TVA agent Mobius (Owen Wilson) showed him his ultimate fate in the main timeline, that is, to sacrifice his future self to make peace with Thor and the death in Avengers: Infinity War. Whether Loki is going to help TVA or break free is yet to know, we have to wait and see.

Part 2: Loki TV Series: Timeline

The previous Marvel movies are independent of each other, even people who are not familiar with the franchise can understand the story without knowing the context. Yet all the stories, characters, and plot are inextricably interwoven, so to call Marvel Cinematic Universe. If you want to start watching Marvel series movies but don’t know where to start, just check out this Marvel movie timeline: Watch marvel movies in chronological order to clear up the whole thing of the previous Marvel Cinematic Universe.

When it comes to Loki(2021), the new chapter of MCU, fans might be asking, isn’t Loki dead? Any who is familiar with the franchise knows that Loki died in the opening minutes of Infinity war when he tried to stop Thanos’ plan but failed. Marvel made Loki’s final appearance in Thor: The Dark World, and  Avengers: Endgame, with an incarnation when Avengers traveled through time to stop Thanos. Here Loki picked up the Tesseract, and It creates a branching timeline to bring Loki back. That Loki is the one now we follow in Loki(2021).

It makes sense, Loki has long been MCU’s favorite character, villain, or otherwise. Marvel has to resurrect him. Where does Loki(2021) fit into the MCU timeline? It takes place from the scene in Avengers: Endgame, but not the story after the Endgame. Unlike the other two TV series, Loki(2021) is not a story based on the Thanos snap, but an earlier timeline, when Iron Man, Captain America, and Ant-Man traveled through time to require the Infinity Stone but failed. As the space stone - Tesseract is picked up by Loki at the time, he vanished and where did he go? This is answered by the Loki(2021): Gobi Desert, Mongolia, where the variant Loki turns up.

Here are the upcoming movies of the new Marvel Cinematic Universe in chronicle orders.

Loki TV series - 2021

Avengers: Endgame - Oct 2023

WandaVision - Nov 2023

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier - Apr 2024

Spider-Man: Far from Home - Jun 2024

Part 3: Loki TV Series: Details

Post credit scenes have long been a tradition of Marvel movies, which are used to drop a hint of future movies or resolve a plot, or for comic effect. Loki (2021) has picked up the heritage and chosen to insert the bonus scene through the show. Here we’ve collected some interesting scenes and fun facts in the Loki series.

1. Multiverse: Foreshadow Doctor Strange 2. You can check out Doctor Strange 2 Release Date, Cast & Leaks for more information. Episode one has presented various versions of Loki on different timelines, suggesting the plot of the multi-universe in the subsequent Marvel Cinematic Universe.

2. Nexus event: The event triggered by Loki has multiple repercussions for the new phase of the MCU, this will further shape the upcoming films and TV series, for instance, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness(2022), and Spider-Man: No Way Home(2021).

3. Branched timeline: The TVA screen has indicated the multi-universe is in madness, including the Sakaar planet created by the Grand master, Ego planet in Guardians of the Galaxy, Vormir, and Asgard, etc, which shows the multiple possibilities in the following films.

4. Time variant authority: In the post-credit scene, there is a short animated clip showing the responsibility of TVA, which is to “tidy the timeline,” cut off the extra universe and maintain the main timeline. As Loki is escorted by the TVA, a video explains the history of the multi-universe, indicating how rival timelines fought in the “vast multiversal war” that almost destroyed reality. Timekeepers have to restore the timeline just to keep the “sacred timeline.”

5. Bug explained: Why the Avengers like Iron Man and Captain America didn’t get caught by TVA but just Loki? The answer is: this is fate, it is on the main timeline(sacred timeline), and it’s supposed to be like this, whereas the run-off Loki is the extra reality that is not supposed to exist.

6. Stan Lee’s portrait: it appears in a painting on the wall of the court.

7. Loki variant: Loki in Tour de France, and as the US president-elect, etc.

8. Female variant: There are multiple variants of Loki, and one of them is female, which also indicated the sexual fluidity of Norse Mythology. In episode 2, the female Loki is called Sylvie, which originated from Sylvie Lushton in the comics, whose power is from Loki. The character could be a combination of variant and Sylvie Lushton.

9. Fan art: The show has also taken some references from fan art.
