The 29-year-old rapper hits the beach in a pink bikini with neon green hair in the video, which she shot last month in Hawaii. The bikini she’s wearing on the beach really shows her hot and sexy figure, but the neon green hair makes it quite weird in the surroundings. If starships are really meant to fly, why did Nicki choose to have a tribal body paint party on the beach for her video? But this would not influence the whole music video. The most important thing Nicki Minaj wanted to show people in this new music video is to have fun in the sun, splash around in the ocean in slow motion to fully enjoy life and fun as you could. Starships, the latest single off Minaj's latest album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, is currently No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at No. 5 a few weeks ago.
